Kenco Enables Global Retailer to Re-launch Brand in North America

Challenge: A global retailer specializing in fashion, home living, and leisure products re-launched one of its brands in North America and needed a multi-channel supply chain solution. Solution: Kenco developed an optimized fulfillment network, importing products from China and Asia into its flexible Chino, CA distribution center. Handling up to 400 SKUs, Kenco now receives volume forecasts and provides fulfillment for retail stores throughout North America as well as direct-to-consumer fulfillment for e-commerce orders.

Results: Kenco fulfills to retail stores throughout North America with same day shipping on 90% of all B2C orders. Kenco improved the retailer's processes for delivery, quality control, returns, exception handling, and cycle counting. As a result, the retailer's average customer satisfaction rose 17%.
