Streamlined the clientís complex billing process by implementing a single invoice format. Developed a system that handles all of the customerís inbound and outbound shipments, matching the right carrier, based on rate and availability. Implemented system of transparency in regards to rates and reporting data to improve processes as needed. Landstar now manages all of the customerís more than 1,000 vendors.
