Steton Technology Group has formed a Business Intelligence and Analytics division. The company is a provider of Web-based software for restaurant, hospitality and other industries, to aid in quality, compliance and brand performance. Steton will provide business intelligence consulting, training and projects to users of Steton 360, the company's flagship product for achieving visibility and monitoring based on key performance metrics. The new division will integrate data from operations, finance, customers and other external sources with process-measurement data managed by Steton 360, presenting it in a series of dashboards and reports. Steton Business Intelligence and Analytics will offer services in the areas of business intelligence architecture and design, data transportation and modeling, data analysis, and dashboard and report development. Leading the new group as vice president is Ken Sardoni, with more than 25 years of experience in the information-technology industry.
