Neoris plans to release its xApp ActiveSuite software, based on the SAP NetWeaver platform. ActiveSuite permits network-wide visibility for shippers, logistics-service providers and customers. ActiveSuite can be integrated with SAP's enterprise resource planning (ERP) software using the Supply Chain Event Manager and soon-to-be-released version 6.0 of SAP Transportation Management. Components of ActiveSuite include scheduling enforcement, telemetry, vehicle and cargo tracking, route execution, proof-of-delivery collection, unscheduled stop monitoring, loading and unloading verification and specialized monitoring. The xApp ActiveSuite is scheduled for certification as an xApp by SAP Labs, and will later be included in SAP Transportation Management 6.0. The Neoris software will support the SAP Ramp-Up, a standardized program which increases process control and communicates real-world experiences directly to SAP product development. The software includes wireless technology tied to PDAs and SmartPhones.
