Four Soft develops and markets logistics services for retailers, manufacturers and logistics-service providers. It has more than 400 customers, exceeding 60,000 users in 120 countries, according to Kewill. Bob Farrell, chief executive officer and president of Kewill, said the deal is part of the company’s strategic plan to grow its business over the next five years. It will give Kewill enhanced products, technology and domain skills, he said. Kewill offers three product suites: logistics, to support freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing and customs compliance; transportation and shipping, including parcel, truckload, less-than-truckload, desktop shipping and export trade compliance; and business-to-business integration, covering e-commerce, order management and supply-chain services.
