Saudia Cargo Resumes Freighter Service From Houston to Riyadh, Dammam

Saudi Airlines Cargo Co. is resuming B747 freighter services from Houston to Saudi Arabia as of June 15, 2014.
The service will be operated with a B747-400 nose-loader freighter once a week on Sunday, flying from Houston direct to Dammam, and to Riyadh via Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Saudia Cargo also utilizes belly capacity on 17 weekly passenger flights from New York, Washington and Los Angeles and Saudi Arabia. The carrier said it plans to add a second weekly flight from Houston as of September, 2014. Saudia Cargo operates a fleet of 15 freighters and sells belly capacity on 145 passenger aircraft for Saudi Arabia’s flag carrier Saudia, serving 225 destinations.
