Challenge: After making numerous acquisitions, a large omni-channel retailer and was operating out of three different facilities. The company wanted to reduce costs without compromising service levels.

Various processes, layouts, storage options and material handling concepts were considered. Ultimately, the team developed a design for a high-performance DC that would support 5-year growth. Commonwealth's team created and managed the equipment RFP and led the installation, training, inventory transition and go-live.
