AirBridgeCargo Launches New Route Between Northern Europe, China

AirBridgeCargo Airlines has inaugurated a cargo link between Northern Europe and China. The carrier has introduced weekly Boeing 747-300 freighter service, focusing primarily on the movement of engineering and automotive parts from the industrial region of North Germany to the Far East.

Planes will travel from Hannover Airport in Germany to Beijing, via Moscow. Kuehne & Nagel, the German-based forwarder and logistics services provider, will be the main customer of the new ABC operation. According to the carrier, the new link underscores the growing importance of Hannover Airport as a location for cargo and logistics services.
