APL Introduces New Feeder Service Between Germany, Poland

APL has introduced a new feeder service for the movement of containerized cargoes between Germany and Poland.

The service offers connections to feeder ports as well as competitive transit times to Asia and U.S., the carrier said. The new port rotation is Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Gdynia and back to Bremerhaven. The first sailing was scheduled to commence on Jan. 21 from Bremerhaven, on the vessel Akacia. APL offers more than 80 weekly services and 500 calls at more than 140 ports worldwide. It is a unit of Singapore-based Neptune Orient Lines.
