Cadec Expands Performance Management Scorecards for Fleet Managers

Cadec Global, a vendor of technology for truck-fleet management, has expanded its Performance Management Scorecards as part of its PowerVue system.

The tool helps fleet managers to track and report on driver and vehicle performance on a real-time basis. The newly released scorecards, known also as GYR for their graphic display of green, yellow or red statuses, provide reports on driver behavior based on a series of key performance indicators, highlighting issues such as speeding, idling, over-revving and sudden decelerations. More than 50 configurable metrics are available for fleet managers to monitor in real time, or use in periodic assessments of driver and vehicle performance. Metrics can be categorized to create scorecards by driver, vehicle, site and excess cost. They can be specified to track items such as driver safety, driver performance, driver and vehicle fuel efficiency, engine wear and vehicle performance. Fleet managers can view trending data, current status and key indicators for each category on easy-to-read dashboards, Cadec said.
