Cadec Global Teams With Velociti on Field Service, Support

Cadec Global, a vendor of fleet-management software, is partnering with Velociti Inc. to offer a nationwide field service and support program. Dubbed Cadec Express Service, the program provides comprehensive installation, field service, support and repair for Cadec's North American truck fleet customer base. Velociti specializes in mobile device installation and service for truck fleets. It has been working with Cadec for the past five years, supplementing Cadec's own staff in the field. Velociti employs hundreds of technicians and operates a network of more than 50 drive-through service centers across North America. Cadec customers will still have the option of shipping directly to Cadec any onboard computers in need of repair. The company operates an Express Service which covers all customer needs related to its onboard computers from a hardware-support perspective, including warranty support, diagnostics, installations, removals, repairs and replacements. All service requests will continue to be coordinated and scheduled via Cadec's Support Center, or via its customer portal at MyCadec.com, the company said.
