CaroTrans Adds Taiwan-to-New York LCL Service

CaroTrans International, a global non-vessel operating common carrier and ocean freight consolidator, has begun a direct, less-than-containerload (LCL) import service between Taiwan and New York.

The service features a 32-day transit from Taichung, Kaohsiung and Keelung, Taiwan, with express connections to Baltimore, Boston, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, Pa. CaroTrans is now offering three direct import services from Taiwan to the U.S. It also offers service to the U.S. heartland at Chicago, and to the U.S. West Coast at Los Angeles. The company has dedicated teams in both the U.S. and Taiwan.
