Cybra Offers "Green" Approach to Digital Label Printing

Cybra Corp. has developed what it calls a "green" approach to the printing of labels for digital retail and direct-to-consumer shipments. Using the Sato GY412 thermal printer and Cybra's MarkMagic software, the system utilizes both sides of a label, reducing the materials required for printing. The vendor's new technology requires only one printer to print the packing slip and shipping label, cutting back on consumable materials through the use of a thermal duplex packing slip. Cybra is the developer of the MarkMagic Barcode label, radio frequency identification tag and Sm@rt Forms software products, as well as the EdgeMagic Integrated RFID Control application. An IBM Business Partner and Motorola/Symbol partner, it is represented by a network of value-added resellers throughout the U.S., as well as by multiple sales and support offices internationally.
