DB Schenker Relocates Logistics Facility in Houston

DB Schenker is relocating to a new facility in Houston.

The 150,000 square-foot operation includes 123,500 square feet of warehousing, 26,500 square feet of new office space, and five acres of secured lay down yard. The facility, built to serve the needs of the oil and gas and energy industry in the Gulf Coast area, is TAPA "A" and dangerous-goods certified, and offers in-house packing for all types of equipment. DB Schenker is the transportation and logistics-services unit of Deutsche Bahn, the German railway. It offers land transportation, air and ocean freight and global supply-chain management.
