Expandable Software Inc. has made available Extended Expandable ERP (enterprise resource planning) Integration for Sales CRM (customer relationship management) on the salesforce.com AppExchange. The features provide bi-directional CRM Accounts to ERP customer integration, with use of the Pervasive ETL and Web services validation, and integration with Salesforce products and Price Book objects. The vendor has included expandable SaaS (software as a service) integration with Salesforce, reinforcing "cloud-to-cloud" business application integration. Expandable ERP Integration for Salesforce CRM was built on the Force.com platform, Pervasive ETL and Expandable Web services business logic. Users can convert a Salesforce account to an Expandable customer, providing bi-directional integration with a tier 2, full-feature manufacturing ERP or MRP (material requirements planning) suite.
