hybris Releases New Commerce Suite for B2B and B2C Commerce

hybris, provider of an electronic commerce platform, has released a new version of the hybris Commerce Suite.

According to the vendor, the tool gives business-to-business and business-to-consumer organizations omni-channel capabilities on a single technology stack. New features support the cross-channel consumer and supply in-store business tools to manage such functions as "buy online, pick up in store." The platform provides a single view of inventory across all locations, with sourcing and allocation functionality to optimize fulfillment processes. Pick, pack and ship capability supports in-store operational processes. With hybris inStore, store associates can use a tablet-optimized user interface to offer multiple online options in-store, and create a heightened shopping experience for customers. The UI includes QR-Code reading as well as NFC capabilities, showing stock levels across the organization. In addition, businesses can build out a fully integrated mobile shopping experience, hybris said.
