I-many Unveils Contract Management Suite for Life Sciences

I-many, Inc., a provider of contract-management software and services, has introduced its new I-many Contract Management Suite for Life Sciences. According to the vendor, the new product spans the contract-management lifecycle, from the core functions of contract authoring and compliance to analytics and business intelligence. All modules are built on a common foundation, I-many's ECMF, which combines security, J2EE platforms and an industry-standard database in a service-oriented architecture. The suite initially includes Contract Authoring, for the creation, approval, storage and management of all contracts; CARS NG, for managing rebate contracts and chargebacks; Medicaid Rebates, for managing the spectrum of federal, state and supplemental government-mandated programs; Government Pricing, for calculating and complying with all government-mandated pricing and reporting requirements; Validata, for rebate claims validation; Medicaid Analytics, allowing users to perform "what-if" analyses on Medicaid, supplemental and state programs; and CARS BI, to provide simplified access to comprehensive reports and information.
