The tool allows retailers' customer-service representatives to view transactions across all selling channels. They can search using any piece of customer or order information, handle service inquiries across all touch points, and convert the sale with products from any channels. New order-line visibility and control features allow for the viewing and editing of every detail of a customer's order. Customers have the option of purchasing additional items, including those for pickup at their local stores. Returns and exchanges can be processed for any channel, with visibility of the entire return lifecycle. Users can find the status of delivery and payment for each item on an order, while gaining visibility of the fulfillment progress for each order line and source, even if the items are coming from multiple locations.
