Oracle Debuts Analytics Cloud, Cloud Apps 9

Oracle Corp. has introduced Oracle Analytics Cloud, a portfolio of applications providing business intelligence and analytics for both traditional and big data.

It includes pre-built applications with embedded real-time reporting and cross-functional analysis for a range of apps delivered under the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. Mobile access allows customers to analyze insights at any time, from any location, with no additional development required. At the same time, Oracle has announced Release 9 of Oracle Cloud Applications. The tool allows users to tailor applications to their business, and employees to configure the user experience, dashboards, reports, workflow and data. Customers and partners can personalize their Oracle Cloud Applications using Oracle Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) to create new features and build new cloud and mobile SaaS applications. Companies can connect data, processes, analytics and people, and provide employees with a unified user experience. To help customers adopt its cloud applications, Oracle has expanded the Oracle Customer Care 2 Cloud program to its enterprise resource planning (ERP) customers.
