Claims InSite is designed to manage the entire accident process in real time, from incident report to ensuring that vehicles are repaired quickly, efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. It identifies the right collision repair centers and finds the best locations for chassis, body and trailer repairs, complete vehicle refinishing, and frame and alignment work. When an accident occurs, Penske customers can call the 24-hour, seven-day-per-week Claims InSite national call center. Claims specialists gather all information and upload it to a Web-based management system. Penske operates 16 commercial truck collision repair centers across North America, where it services both Penske equipment and other retail fleet customers.
