Read, Enter Definitions of Supply Chain, Logistics Terms in Online 'WERCipedia'

The distribution community now has its own wiki. It's WERCipedia, a new interactive online glossary for supply chain professionals, introduced by WERC, the Warehousing Education and Research Council. WERCipedia contains an extensive searchable collection of terminology, acronyms, abbreviations, and other information.

As a wiki, WERCipedia allows users to add new terms and modify definitions of existing ones--referencing and defining the language of the industry through a process of peer review and approval. And it's free to use.

Offered in conjunction with Industrial Data and Information Inc., the WERCipedia has more than 3,700 entries, and is located at WERC Online.
