RedPrairie Issues New Version of All-Channel Retail Application

RedPrairie Corp. has released version 2012.1 of the RedPrairie Commerce Suite for retailers. The tool can be applied to all channels and multiple customer touch-points, the vendor said.

New features include a Store Center, which places electronic-commerce order capabilities into the hands of in-store associates. Customer engagement management helps retail brands to measure and build customer loyalty by tracking customer gestures, promotion and transaction patterns. It provides insights on capture points, manages marketing and merchandising programs, and builds loyalty reward programs. Integration capability enables real-time, company-wide inventory visibility, order sourcing and direct-to-consumer fulfillment. The suite's modular approach provides retailers with a step-by-step road map for meeting consumer expectations. Additional upgrades include an improved, merchant-centric user interface, enhanced analytics capabilities and tools for streamlining commerce site maintenance and implementation.
