RIM Logistics Launches Domestic TMS Application

RIM Logistics Ltd., a provider of global freight forwarding and third-party logistics services, has developed a new domestic transportation-management system.

Elements of the Web-based RIM TMS include automatic quoting, booking, document management, real-time tracking, electronic data interchange tracking, data analysis and reporting, rate procurement, and freight-bill pay and audit. RIM currently has 15 offices and more than 300 employees worldwide, providing domestic and international freight forwarding by air and ocean, warehousing, distribution, domestic operations, project management, customs brokerage, duty drawback, cargo insurance, consolidation, cross trade and compliance consulting.
