Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics Changes Name to Greencarrier

Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics AS has changed its name to Greencarrier Shipping & Logistics AS.

The Greencarrier Group, one of the Nordic region's largest privately owned transport companies, acquired Scandinavian Shipping in 2011. Most companies within the group are already branded under the Greencarrier name, according to chief executive officer Øyvind Lygre. The Greencarrier Group operates in 13 markets, including China. It was known as the Björk.Eklund Group until early 2012. Greencarrier Shipping & Logistics will offer freight forwarding, shipping, terminal and port logistics services.
