Survey Seeks Your Insights on 3PLs and 4PLs

APQC, a member-based nonprofit specializing in benchmarking, knowledge management, measurement, and process improvement, wants to know whether you think third-party logistics services providers and 4PLs are meeting their customers' needs.

These providers have become an integral part of the supply chain industry, and many are expanding the services they provide to shippers. But what services are 3PLs and 4PLs really providing? And is their menu of services meeting your requirements?

Share your perspective by participating in APQC's 3PLs/4PLs 2012 Pulse Survey. All submissions will be held confidential in accordance with APQC's Benchmarking Code of Conduct.

All respondents will receive a summary of the survey results and will be entered into a drawing to receive a free electronic copy of APQC's report Blueprint for Success: Logistics (a $395 value).

Share your thoughts with APQC and your peers!

Data collection ends Friday, June 1.
