Syspro Develops Enhanced Espresso Mobile App

Syspro, a vendor of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, is enhancing its mobile application, known as Espresso.

The company is rolling out Continuum on Microsoft Windows 10, providing mobile phone users with a desktop-like experience by plugging the phone into any external monitor. In the process, a smartphone can effectively be turned into a P.C. The feature unifies Espresso's desktop, table and phone operating systems, Syspro said. According to Brian Stein, chief executive officer of Syspro USA, the user interface will adjust itself according to the device needs of each individual user. Syspro's ERP application supports multiple mobile devices in addition to the desktop. It uses a single-source codebase for the business logic to create native applications for any mobile device, with built-in customization capabilities.
