Zenith Global Logistics Expands Facility in Texas

Zenith Global Logistics, a specialist in the handling and movement of furniture, has opened a second facility in Flower Mound, Tex., near Dallas.

The new location offers 62,500 square feet of space, bringing to 230,769 square feet the company’s total capacity at the site. Jack Hawn, president and chief executive officer of Zenith, said the move was prompted by a significant increase in demand for the company’s freight, third-party logistics warehousing and home-delivery services in the region. The two operations service the states of Texas, Kansas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Zenith also recently added a 30,000-square-foot facility in Verona, Miss. It boosted its North Carolina storage and handling capacity by more than 30 percent when it acquired the former Boyles Furniture facility in Conover as its new corporate headquarters. The company operates more than 3.5 million square feet of warehousing.
