APQC conducted a survey on the state of IT risk in the supply chain. The results indicate that many organizations have been affected by several types of IT disruptions within the last two years. Although high-impact natural disasters often make headlines, organizations should also be concerned with the potential for disruptions to the systems that support day-to-day operations.
