The most used process framework in the world, APQC's Process Classification Framework®(PCF) creates a common language for processes across very different industries and audiences. This article summarizes a recent conversation with BPM expert Javier Bermudez about how he has used the PCF in supporting clients in the forestry and health care industries in South America, as well as teaching the framework to business students in Chile.
