It’s now typical to need an e-fulfillment network that can access the majority of the US for two-day or faster delivery options. Retailers also increasingly offer additional services such as real-time order tracking and over-the-threshold delivery with installation. The growth of online consumer purchases has brought a corresponding increase in returns. Each of these demands presents its own challenge.
