HighJump Software Inc. has appointed iWMS to serve as its marketing and sales associate for the South Africa region. A new agreement calls for the two companies jointly to market, sell, implement and support HighJump's Supply Chain Advantage software suite in South Africa. According to HighJump, iWMS personnel have already participated in several previous implementations of Supply Chain Advantage, and are currently implementing the vendor's Warehouse Advantage suite for one of South Africa's largest retailers. Timothy Campbell, president and chief executive officer of HighJump, said the move was prompted by rapid growth in the South African supply-chain and logistics market. HighJump claims more than 1,500 clients worldwide.
