DHL has launched an initiative aimed at helping small and medium-sized U.S. companies involved in international trade. The program involves networking events, website resources, and an expanded operating network. In partnership with Inc. magazine, DHL is conducting a series of events called Business Across Borders, to provide companies with advice on conducting business globally. The events bring together DHL's logistics experts and leaders from some of the nation's fastest-growing international companies. It will include panel discussions, question-and-answer sessions and networking opportunities. It includes online tools, reference guides and special offers. This year, DHL expanded its presence in rural areas, improving delivery transit times to nearly 1,700 remote areas.
