Logic Information Systems has formed a consulting team to help mid-market retailers adopt Oracle Corp.'s Retail Predictive Applications. Logic specializes in the retail mid-market, using the Oracle Retail product suite based on applications originally developed by Retek. The company's Predictive Applications Delivery Framework speeds up implementation of information technology and helps users to derive the maximum benefit from Oracle software. Retail customers can better plan and predict operations, including sales, inventory, ordering and shipments, Logic said. Working out of offices in Minnesota and India, the company draws on its Retail-in-a-Box methodology to support the implementation of Oracle applications. Logic is a certified member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork. It offers strategic consulting, retail optimization and systems implementation services.
