It is rolling out first within the healthcare market; the charter user in that sector is Intermountain Healthcare, a provider operating in the inter-mountain West with a roster of some 5,000 suppliers. Other target markets for initial introduction of the B2B network include construction and manufacturing. According to Mazree, the tool simplifies the tasks of searching for, connecting with and doing business with multiple buyers and suppliers. It includes streamlining of the request-for-proposal (RFP) process through a platform that handles requests, sorts and review bids in a standard format. Features include the ability to create company profiles; collaborate on service specifications, information, ideas, questions and pricing; and relationship management among customers, sellers and partners. Mazree includes tools to support B2B relationships through contact management, company events and private messages, among other features.
