When the drivers get back and sync the handhelds, the back office has all the information it needs. Sales reps can use the handhelds to send orders directly to the client's warehouse.

Results: Our client's combined route accounting, pre-sale, and warehouse application runs in real-time so that managers can see where all of their products are, run reports detailing time between deliveries, and enhance customer service. Field communications time was cut by more than 65 percent.
