Solution: Over the course of two months, Integration Point implemented an automated export management and screening solution that adapted to their complex business process. The client now has requestors login to the Integration Point solution, create a request, and go through an automated logic/workflow to see if all requirements are met. If the requirements are met, then the request is sent out to the export team to create documentation, prepare for shipping, etc.
Results: The client was able to move to a completely automated export management and screening process that allows for standardization of business processes and workflows, thus reducing errors, increasing compliance and saving time.
