Servigistics reports that FounderTech, China's second-largest PC manufacturer, has implemented the Servigistics Service Parts Planning solution across its service business in China.
FounderTech integrated the solution to manage 10,000 service parts across three central service locations, 16 field service locations and 68 consignment depots in China. With Servigistics, FounderTech aligned its service organization on a single platform to optimize its inventory and manage overall performance at all levels of the service business.
Servigistics says it was selected because of its post-sale service expertise and track record in implementing solutions for leading companies around the world.
