The tool uses the Datawatch Managed Analytics Platform to digitize, centralize and govern the various steps of a product's lifecycle. According to Xerox, it reduces labor and print costs, simplifies inventory and invoice reconciliation, and improves fill rates by synching data and applying automated analytics at the store level. Xerox has also introduced several workflow-automation applications built on its partnership with Hyland, creator of OnBase. They were designed to automate processes related to loan application processing, health records information management and human-resources onboarding.
