The tool offers small and mid-sized carriers a single system for dispatching, load tendering, track and trace, customer invoicing and driver pay calculation. Through an SMS text message between the dispatcher's computer and the driver's cellular device, load confirmations can be communicated and proof of delivery sent immediately after a load is delivered, without the need for downloading an app, the company said. It can be accessed from any internet-connected device and can integrate with existing accounting systems. In addition, Cargo Chief said, Tracks TMS is integrated with a number of popular load boards.
