Digital learning provider Skill Dynamics has launched a new set of AI learning tools for procurement, supply chain and trade compliance professionals. The suite of tools, Coach, Pulse and Expert, works within the existing Skill Dynamics SDX platform, drawing on its content library and learning frameworks. The company says the tools are designed to complement core learning programs, not replace them, with Skill Dynamics' in-house subject matter experts providing ongoing oversight to ensure accuracy and quality.
The launch comes as research included within Skill Dynamics' Skills Report 2026 found that, while 83% of leaders say their organizations are at least somewhat prepared to leverage AI and automation, nearly half (47%) simultaneously identify it as their single biggest skills gap; a pattern in which investment in technology is outpacing investment in people.
Coach enables professionals to practice highly complex conversations before they happen. Using AI avatars, users can rehearse realistic scenarios tailored to their industry, role and level — from supplier negotiations to compliance disputes — with instant feedback and activity reports to track progress.
Pulse is an AI-powered podcast and insights tool that delivers regularly updated episodes and practical PDF summaries connecting real-world developments in each academy area to Skill Dynamics' core learning frameworks.
Expert is a live chat tool that provides on-demand guidance in the flow of work. Trained on the entire Skill Dynamics' content library, it answers questions as they arise and directs users back to relevant learning pathways — turning everyday challenges into opportunities to reinforce development.
