Tompkins Associates

Tompkins applies a methodology to supply chain solutions that we call "Strategy, Structure, Implement" (SSI). This approach is focused on identifying and deploying the best possible solution, defined by the greatest value for the client and support of their organizational goals. It is the opposite of a "one-size-fits-all" approach that is tied to specific products, methods, or models. Our client-tailored and data-driven engagements are informed by broad company expertise, research, and supply chain industry thought leadership. At Tompkins, our consultants take pride in enabling clients to be more profitable and valuable, while also becoming more agile, flexible, and adaptive to the marketplace.
