IDGA's previous Performance-Based Logistics conferences have built a foundation for PBL implementation.
PBL 2007 will continue that work by reiterating the basics, as well as offer case studies and more progressive information for delegates who are already experienced in this area.
Primary areas of focus for PBL 2007 include:
- PBL Implementation Tactics and Methodologies
- Current PBL Challenges
- Establishing Clear Performance Measures for PBL
- How to Build Successful Partnerships Between Industry and Government
- Global Maritime Intelligence Integration
- Future PBL Initiatives
