Quintiq and ePocket Handyman partner to offer a mobile supply chain planning solution for field service technicians

Quintiq, a global leader in supply chain planning and optimization (SCP&O), and ePocket Handyman, Europe's leading software solution for mobile field service, have released an integrated mobile platform to enable remote field service technicians and improve resource planning. The solution enables technicians to view schedules, record time and attendance, order parts, check inventories, log progress and obtain customer sign-off. The information is then available in real-time to planners to adjust schedules and optimize resources.
