Smart Software

Our mission is to provide innovative analytical solutions that help our customers maximize sales and minimize inventory costs through improved demand forecasting and inventory planning. Our success is built on continuous innovation. We pioneered the use of automatic demand forecasting utilizing statistical methods and developed a patented APICS award-winning method for intermittent demand forecasting. Both innovations continue to yield major inventory cost reductions and service level improvements for our customers. The product that has evolved to today’s Smart IP&O cloud platform harnesses probabilistic forecast modeling and collaborative planning. It delivers, we believe, the most innovative and easiest-to-use inventory planning and forecasting system in the marketplace. Smart Software delivers its solutions and services directly and through its network of partners and distributors. We are headquartered near Boston in Belmont, Massachusetts.
