ShipHawk Offers Platform for Parcel Shipping, Self-Service

The new ShipHawk Platform provides instant price comparisons in the shopping cart, customer-facing order tracking, full back-end automation, and aggregated data and insights across all shipping types. It automates the entire shipping experience, including rating, booking, dispatch, tracking and reconciliation, through a centralized dashboard. Retailers get visibility to carrier performance and margin metrics, including subsidies and costs. ShipHawk's offering includes a free entry-level product for parcels only. Additional levels address less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, home delivery and various custom features, including real-time rating and end-to-end automation.
