Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) will discover innovation, profitable growth opportunities, and higher client satisfaction by joining the new Tompkins Supply Chain Consortium for LSPs.

Recent studies show that LSPs are solid performers overall, but they need to focus more on innovation. According to a 2010 study by Capgemini, Georgia Institute of Technology, Panalpina and Eye for Transport, nearly all LSPs believe they provide "new and innovative ways to improve logistics effectiveness." However, only two-thirds of shippers (their main customers) agree.
