SAP AG is adding 60 Best Practices offerings to its business software for mid-sized companies. Part of the vendor's All-in-One products, SAP Best Practices support integrated business processes and documentation, to help companies speed up implementation of software. The 60 new offerings include 23 industry and cross-industry versions across 37 countries. Mid-sized companies can choose from a portfolio of more than 650 qualified SAP All-in-One partner applications. In a related announcement, SAP has made available the second enhancement package for its SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) application. Such packages are intended to simplify the means by which customers manage and deploy new software. They can selectively implement applications from SAP, activating particular enhancements as business needs demand. Innovations have been designed for SAP's ERP Financials, Human Capital Management, Operations, Corporate Services, Travel Management, Real Estate Management and Enterprise Asset Management. Targeted sectors include trading industries, telecommunications, utilities and media.
