PHARM Connect Congress 2016

PHARM Connect Congress is the largest and most important pharmaceutical and biotechnology business summit in the Central Eastern European and the CIS region, taking place annually in February, in Budapest, Hungary.

Since the event’s launch in 2011, the number of participants has reached more than 500 from over 23 countries in the region and beyond. Over the two days of the congress leading service providers of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector – covering a wide range of profiles from API’s and contract manufacturing to processing, biopharma solutions, biopharmaceuticals and biologicals, drug delivery systems, clean rooms, laboratory equipment, monitoring & inspection systems, quality control, packaging and labelling, automation, plant engineering and maintenance, logistics, cold chain storage and distribution, warehousing and many others – have the opportunity to meet the key decision makers of their targeted companies.

PHARM Connect is supported by numerous leading local and regional associations and media partners, ensuring the regional focus of the congress. Furthermore, the Programme Advisory Committee assures the highest relevance of the conference programme, which will include the most up-to-date market insights into R&D, Production, Packaging, Logistics, Supply Chain and Quality Management-related topics. 

2nd CEE Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Excellence Award

The award has been established to honour, recognise and promote outstanding manufacturing excellence solutions in the growing region of CEE. Applications are welcome in two categories – innovative and generic pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers in the first one, while service providers with a customer project in the second. Applications should be submitted by the 16th of January 2016 and will be assessed by our highly renowned independent jury.

Pre-scheduled business meetings & additional networking activities

Over the two days, service providers will have the opportunity to meet with leading directors and industry experts through a series of pre-arranged one-to-one business meetings and several informal networking activities, maximising business efficiency, presenting a unique opportunity to develop meaningful and valuable business relationships.

The event also offers an exclusive opportunity to take part in specially organised plant visits to leading pharmaceutical production plants in Hungary, all arranged prior to the event via our Meeting Scheduler website.
