DHL Exel Supply Chain has been awarded a three-year contract worth more $600m to manage in-plant logistics and collection of U.K. and European sourced component parts for Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
DHL's activity will be extended from its existing operation at Castle Bromwich to include Jaguar and Land Rover's sites at Halewood and Solihull.

"Our global network, extensive experience in the automotive market and our ability to collaborate with other DHL business units to provide a seamless service, means we have an extremely strong proposition to offer to automotive manufacturers like Jaguar and Land Rover."
