Descartes Systems Group says that Etihad Crystal Cargo, a division of Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways, has selected the Global Logistics Network from Descartes as its preferred global provider of air cargo electronic data interchange services.

The network is designed to help airlines meet global customs requirements; monitor shipments; simplify shipment management and invoicing; consolidate status data of multiple route map; improve transportation quality; and transmit accurate tracking updates to customers.
